Kazan State Academy of Veterinary Medicine named after N.E. Bauman offers the following training programs to foreign students:
At present, Kazan State Academy of Veterinary Medicine has trained more than 120 citizens from 16 foreign countries (the Republic of Chad, Guinea - Bissau, Vietnam, Burundi, Israel, Congo, Benin, Zambia, Ghana, Kenya, Mozambique, Tanzania, Egypt, Algeria, The Kingdom of Swaziland, Botswana), as well as from five CIS countries (Tajikistan, Belarus, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan).
The university is located in the city of Kazan, one of the oldest cities in Russia, a major economic, educational, cultural and sports center in the Volga region. It was here that will be held such international events as the World Student Games (Universiade) (2013), the FINA World Championship (2015) the FIFAWorld Cup (2018).
The Academy has a safe and comfortable campus which includes dorms, gyms and playgrounds, a library, computer rooms, and a cafe.
The Academy International Department arranges several cultural and entertainment activities for foreign students to get acquainted with life, traditions and culture of the Russian and Tatar people, as well as the sights of Kazan and Tatarstan.
The Department of foreign languages is responsible for organizing and running the International Department and all the events connected with it.
